Tsukuda - America Mortgage Fund, a Delaware business corporation, is an international funding source operating from its corporate headquarters in Wilmington, Delaware since October 1996 providing financial packages for on going business ventures. Tsukuda - America uses gold bullion to provide a guaranteed monthly income to the public and private sector. The Company uses its gold bullion and other types of reserves to purchase cash flow businesses and real estate properties free and clear of any debt. These properties are then used to enhance balance sheets and asset bases for small to mid size companies that wish to expand and grow.
Tsukuda - America Mortgage Fund has chosen niche markets for its program and services, such as, residential apartment entities, retail shopping center projects, commercial property owners, as well as, gold mining operations and oil and gas production.
These niche markets, all, at one time or another, have a need for positive cash flow assets to expand or grow. In addition, the Company offers business growth information services, internet based development information and links to major funding resources.
